Strategic Planner / Media Planner
Job Summary
As a Strategic Planner, you will turn market insights into effective marketing and media strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign plans, optimize performance, and drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to develop strategic marketing recommendations.
- Develop media plans, including target audience, channel strategy, and budget allocation based on clients’ business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic proposals and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Ads Optimiser team to implement campaigns and achieve agreed campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze reports, and recommend timely optimizations to improve results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and successful campaign delivery.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and media planning, with the ability to recommend effective strategies and explain their advantages and limitations to clients.
- Knowledge of various business industries and the ability to recommend strategic marketing directions and campaign plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance reports.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
