Job Summary
As a Digital Ads Optimiser, you will play a key role in maximizing the performance of digital advertising campaigns through continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization. Working alongside Strategic Planners and Account Executives, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, support business growth, and help deliver measurable results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign objectives and maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend timely actions based on data analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support campaign strategy and optimization.
- Coordinate with Strategic Planner, Account Executive, and internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Skill Requirements
- 0–2 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media.
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing concepts, with the ability to recommend optimization approaches.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and campaign performance data.
- Demonstrated project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects independently.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
